Dispatch with Ease
Each dispatch board lists all the technicians and the jobs they are scheduled to complete during the day. The color-coding allows the dispatcher to quickly identify double-bookings and using the mouse, drag and drop a service call from one technician to another. The dispatcher can also reschedule service calls and technicians just by using the mouse.
