SI has an unlimited number of on-line dispatch boards, with an unlimited number of dispatchers.  Each dispatch board lists all the technicians and the jobs they are scheduled to complete during the day.  The color-coding allows the dispatcher to quickly identify double-bookings and using a mouse, drag and drop a service call from one technician to another.  The dispatcher can also reschedule service calls and technicians just by using the mouse.

Multiple techs may be assigned to one service call, and a service call may extend to multiple days.  SI dispatch also supports weekly or longer views of the same service calls and techs, with rescheduling capability in the longer views as well.

SI Dispatch integrates with 3rd party optimized routing software to dramatically imporve efficiency of your company's techs.
