SI Systems, Inc. Dear Alan: I just wanted to thank you for all the hard work, help, and instruction you gave me over the course of the new server and firewall installation. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you and Steve at Engen. Since I was installing this all myself, I was a little nervous at first, but with your superior knowledge and expertise, it all came together extremely smoothly and it was an exhilarating experience. We have been using our new computer set up now for one week and the switch over has been accomplished with out any delays or "show stoppers". Thank you very much for all of the work required in providing us a superior (hardware and software) system. Words can not describe the delight we have felt this past week.
