Mr. Bill Stephens, President Dear Bill, We have just completed the install of our new server and are very pleased with the results. Your people, as always were very helpful in this change over. As you know we have been working with your company for over ten years now. During this time we have worked together to install your software as well as three generations of hardware. Your people have been wonderful to work with through all of these changes. My staff and I have really appreciated the fact that the SI technical people have always been there when we needed them for support. They have always gotten back to us in short order and have gone that extra mile to insure our system has been operational 24 hours a day for these past ten years. We ahve never had this kind of support from other systems vendors that we used in the past. We also appreciate the annual updates to the software.
