Dear Bill,

Now that we're setting in using the SI software, we wanted to take the time to let you know how much your system has improved our business. Let me step back and start at the beginning. As Scott McIntyre knows, we were a hard sell as my predecessors looked at your system one year earlier and didn't engage. We spent a lot of time looking for a replacement to our CFP system and by far, your system was the most complete for our overall business.

To this day we're amazed at the incredible job that you and Chris Morgan did in converting our data from CFP. The accuracy of the conversion was phenomenal. Chris went over and beyond to provide reports and backup for vaildating the transition.

We've actually moved from four software packages, not talking to each other, to one! The fact that we have our customer, service, and accounting information all in one database has made a huge impact on our overall productivity. We can better serve our customers by managing their equipment, inspections and billing data. Our back office has been so efficient that we've lessened that staff by one full-time person.

We're still getting our feet wet with dispatching and job costing and just love the WEB tools. We anticipate using a wireless internet connection with our laptops to arm our technicians with even more information. This will lessen the call volume to the office immensely. Our accounting staff has become expert in using the WEB tools to extract all kinds of data to Microsoft Excel for further analysis and filtering. The ability to fax and email directly from the software has also saved us tons of man hours. We also anticipate our larger customers will soon start using the WEB to view their equipment and past inspections.

We can go on and on but felt compelled to send this in writing as a testament to our complete satisfaction of this system. Your office and staff have been nothing but professional and highly responsive.
