Can't believe we've been "live" on our new SI software system for over four months! The transition to the new system was truly a successful one due to you and your staff's knowledge and expertise, along with your patience while working and training with our staff.

Many factors contributed to our successful implementation. Scott was very helpful during our initial contact with SI Systems. He thoroughly explained your systems, along with the implementation expectations and time line, and helped put together a software package suitable to our needs. Alan's visit to install our hardware went so smoothly he was able to spend more time with hands-on training than originally expected. Both Alan and Chris were extremely helpful in our data conversion - something we weren't sure we'd be able to do. What a time saver for all involved, not having to key in all of our customer data and aged receivables freed up time for other vital pre-installation work.

One of the most important aspects of our software implementation was the pre-work assistance you gave us before going live. The time you spent with us by phone and via our system modem was crucial in setting up and organizing our information and files correctly on the new system.

There's no price we can put on the week you spend on-site training our team. Your patience in dealing with our varied levels of computer skills made everyone feel comfortable and eased the transition all the more. Your one-on-one training, assistance in altering and enhancing report formats, explaining the use of specific applications for our particular needs, and your professional suggestions on improving our office procedures with the use of the new system was invaluble to all of us.

Our entire team continues to improve their skills and knowledge on the SI System - helping Chicago Metro Fire Prevention operate more efficiently. We are still finding ways it can improve our daily workload here at CMFP.
